How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple IDSubscriptionsSkinmaxx → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Open the app → go to Profile → tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app → ProfileDelete All Data. This permanently removes your scan history, photos, and personal info from the device.

Does Skinmaxx share my photos?

No. Face photos are processed by our AI analysis service and discarded immediately. They are never stored on our servers or shared with advertisers.

Is Skinmaxx medical advice?

No. Skinmaxx is for cosmetic guidance only and does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. For serious skin concerns, consult a licensed dermatologist.

How does the free trial work?

The 7-day free trial is available on the yearly plan. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime in Settings before day 7 to avoid being charged.
